Pasta: Try wholewheat pasta if you spot it on a restaurant menu. Otherwise, go for pasta without cream-based sauces. Burger: Order veggie burgers. They are packed with lentils, some with quinoa and beans, and are super-healthy alternative to a meat-based burger. Just make sure it isn’t deep-fried.
