Balance is key The first secret that diet companies, slimming tablet labels, exercise videos and books will not tell you is to practice balance. It is the right balance of exercise, right amount of food and right amount of giving reward to yourself that makes you more likely to be successful.
Start the day with a zing I would start the morning drinking lemon-infused lukewarm water as it gives you energy for the day, detoxifies and promotes a fast metabolism.
It’s what’s on the inside… Don’t be fooled by packaging, no matter how bright and beautiful the package. Watch out for ‘less calories’, ‘healthier’, ‘slimming’ or ‘no additional sugar’. Some of the products are honest but some are misleading so you should be able to know the difference and peruse. Get active early It is great to go to the gym regularly before work so you still have energy. For housewives or people who want to save money, you can make it a habit to exercise before breakfast, even for half an hour. Alternatively, you can jog every night before sleeping while enjoying fresh air, good music and nicer weather during these months. You can also try boxing at home as it’s much cheaper to buy boxing gloves and punching bag, know that whatever men can do - women can do too. Every little helps You do not need to spend a fortune if it is out of your budget, you can surely exercise wherever you are, even during your breaks inside the office and always eat in the right portion and right balance. Remember you have to do it every day and then healthy living just becomes a habit.
