The Underwater Yoga retreat will kick off with Taking the Plunge, led by experts from Piloga Studio Pilates & Yoga. It will focus on vinyasa flow-style yoga.
The Go with the Flow session (on September 16) will incorporate transitions from posture to posture while using breath control, while the session on Ride the Wave (September 23) is a vinyasa class focused on balance.
The final session on Calming Waters (September 30) will start with ten minutes of breathing practises and meditation, followed by a gentle stretching.
