Hello everybody, I have just read all the comments and would like to introduce you to the best hairdresser ever (not only in Dubai). I stayed in Dubai for 5 years and always went only to Fadi from Pace e Luce salon which is located near Dubai Mall in Al Manzil hotel. Now I moved back to my home country and missing his job a lot. Highly recommend him, his name is Fadi Rashwani, hope my note will help as I know how difficult it is to find a good hairdresser.

I have been contracting for over 6 yrs in Irag and Aghanistan.I used this salon each time I am in Dubai for R&R.The do a really good job and if you let them know you have a flight to catch they will get you out. Best option is to call ahaed at least 3-4 days before your arrival to be sure they will have at least 2 preople to assit if you are getting braids. I get the twist braids and I love them. I purchase my hair from them and it last for months if you tie your hair. I wear my small/medium twist for 5 months and they looked fresh the whole while. I will say stress to them a time they have to be done to be sure you do not miss your flight. I usually charter in at arrive about noon and i am at the salon by 12:45-1pm at 7:30 i am usually done.they only service i have used is for braids but have seen other customer and they seem to do a great job on all the customer i have seen.

After a long day at work I was looking forward to going into Margaret Dabbs. It is something that I have not heard about before so I was very curious. Although It was not that easy to find, once I was shown a gleaming white long corridor I felt like I was entering Heaven!. As soon as I got to the reception, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and was then introduced to Simone who is a foot specialist from London! The whole lounge is beautifully decorated and very relaxing. I went into the treatment room with Simone and sat on a 'throne like' comfortable chair. She then explained what she would be doing and I was a bit apprehensive. She started the treatment by thoroughly cleaning my toenails, being someone who constantly wears toe nail polish, I was watching her completely transform my toenails, she used a drill which surprisingly did not cause me any pain and used a special substance called emu oil, she then compared my toenails with the other foot and I was blown away! She then removed areas of hard skin (did not hurt) and used a machine to smooth it. They felt baby soft and my toenails looked so clean and healthy I refused to put polish on them! It is now a month after the treatment and my feet are still in very good condition. Everything (including my manicure) was performed on dry skin, so this is the reason why everything lasts longer! This was definitely money well spent!

I purchased two coupons for the SAKS mani / pedi deal from nail the deal website. At the time of my purchase, the website clearly stated that 'Two vouchers per person can be used per visit' - moreover, it clearly states this on my coupons as well. Yesterday when I called the salon, Amal refused to book my mani and pedi for the same visit and just carried on screaming and shouting! Rude, unprofessional manager. Just wish I had seen these reviews earlier..
