I think , Carlos - the best bariton , the genius of incredible deep understanding the power of music. He lives in lights of performances he flies to haven when he sings, but you may see sometimes how sad are his eyes evendough he smiles. I love to listen to his singing as you feel how he miss a real love.
Carlos seems to be very sensitive in his soul, and he covers the saddness changing girls and hotels . He understands - money is nothing if you compare it with intire feelings . I am sure he will meet the soul mate one day , he deserves to be really happy
gosh! reading all these reviews now made me doubt coming to this place bringing friends if at any moment we will be rejected entry for some lousy reason. i like clubbing so i'm aware of the club chic dress code... but what an embarrassment if this is the kind of hospitality i get even with proper dress code! i have friends always visiting Dubai and i always give them a tour... and at night i prefer club hopping than to stick to one place hence i don't call to reserve table..
shame! is the management reading these reviews?
Is this supposed to be a review? It barely passes for a comment. I, too, was at the gig on Friday and I'd like to set the record straight by saying that the Happy Mondays (that's right, there's an 's' in the title) rocked the party. Yes, the small turnout was disappointing but that was down to poor promotion rather than a lack of interest. To their credit, this only seemed to spur the Mondays on as they played hit after hit for almost an hour and a half.
The originality of the music and the party atmosphere it generated had not diminished over the years. The band were tight and the chemistry between Shaun Ryder and Rowetta still sparked across the stage. Shaun Ryder had an easy familiarity with both the band and the crowd and Bez served as the icing on the cake with his small but perfectly formed appearances.
With the exception of a sole Time Out 'reviewer' everyone in the stadium, band and fans alike, seemed genuinely happy to be there.
The Desi night at trilogy is too bad... they play repeated music back to back.. its more like a recording playing then the DJ mixing music.. i would not want to go back to Trilogy again!!
About more than 1 month ago, my hubby tried to get the first row tickets, but we were not successful. We are Metallica's fans since even b4 kill em all, the time that Dave was in the band and Cliff was the bassist and literally alive. We were bunch of cool metal heads of Behjat Abad in a time of real crisis. I tried to get the best tickets without success. I wish me and my husband were there tomorrow, but this is wishful thinking. Okay, you guys have fun. Perhaps we are suppose to meet in the U.S.! Yep, why not? Chera ke na, be ghole Nedamoon:)
