We were invited back to Roberto's after experiencing it when it first opened hoping it would have improved and were disappointed by the service and quality of the food. My friend's steak was served cold and like rubber and even when she mentioned this to the waiter, he didn't replace it, even though she ate 2 bites. My pasta was over cooked and felt soggy and salty. Was surprised to learn also that Roberto's, Roberto himself who the restaurant was named after has also departed as was told by the waiter. Overall, we were very disappointed and the only thing going for this place is the bar area for drinks and people watching. We won't be back.

800PIZZA are reasonable quality, but then the standard is not particularly high as so many places use poor-quality ingredients, particularly when it comes to flour, cheese and tomato sauce.

However, I will not be ordering from them again until they change their vegetarian-hostile ingredient substitution and pricing policy,

Red Tomato are stealing the march on them, even if their prices are higher and my sense is that there is still room in the market for an ingredient and service -driven outlet that offers grape, hop and a decent takeaway service when you want to stay home.

(anyone remember the Federal in Abu Dhabi?!)

Lovely bar for a quiet pint, good friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. Excellent place for couples, unlike some bars in the area.

this place has always maintained a low profile and seems to have a regular clientele who frequent the place. having been a regular here for sometime now, i must say the place has maintained the quality ofm its food over the years. be it the sweet corn crab soup, the honey chilly prawns or the chinese veg casserole, the taste is distinct, light and full of flavours, with good serving portions as well. i will recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice chinese meal at good value for money, quietly efficient and in the heart of town, on the karama road next to sana fashions.

The decor is really attractive. The service was also very friendly and the food was just right, neatly exhibited and tasty.

Very poor service. Me, my wife, my brother and sister in-law went for the desert safari on Hatta dunes. The tour started with a sad guide who did not said a word in the whole trip. He only answered to the questions we asked. Seems that he had an fight with his wife. The dune ride was good followed by our photography. They later took us to the tent area for entertainment. Camel ride was good. But one of the worst part, we had an entertainer voucher for 30 min Quad bike for Lama. Buy one ticket and your guest rides for free. When we presented the voucher for one for one free. The guy did not recognized the voucher. he said he did not know about the voucher. He told me 80 AED for 30 mins per person. So I asked him to call the head office and ask about the voucher. He called someone and asked me to talk to that person directly from Head office. I was been told by the head office to pay 80AED per person for 1 hour. I told him I want to ride for 30 min only and I will pay 80AED for myself and my wife rides for free, as per the voucher. After long conversation, none of them agreed what was mentioned in the voucher. They basically just wanted more money, no matter we ride longer. So what is the use of paying AED 390 to Entertainer for getting these vouchers, when tour operators like Lama does not care either about their customers nor their contract with the Entertainer. Finally, the food served at the tent was delicious.
