I bought 3 voucher from cobone for "Friday Brunch Buffet", i called them up for booking a table, and i get to know that Brunch timings are 3-5pm, (First point of irritation), so we decided lets go for a movie and then will have brunch at around 3:30, i booked the table for 3rd of May 2013, two hours later i get a call from manager saying, brunch is not available, come for dinner 7-11 (Second point of irritation), With great difficulty we found the restaurant and went in, only 3 people were sitting at around 8:30 pm on a Friday evening, (Third point of irritation) happened when there was no buffet, and we were told to choose 1 salad, 1 soup and 1 main course from the menu. On speaking to the manager - the most Rude, Unprofessional, Ill-mannered person i have come across in the restaurant / any business. We had many heated arguments to the extent that i tore the vouchers and threw on his face and walked out without eating. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO BACK THERE AGAIN. The worst experience ever in a restaurant.
