Join Time Out Dubai in the search for Dubai’s hottest young chef – festive style!

Fancy becoming a Time Out food critic for an evening? Then join us and our host Tom Urquhart for a night of festive fine dining to discover the city’s hottest young chef. You will be served a four-course festive meal cooked in front of a live audience – all you have to do is eat, drink and judge.

The finalists for the event are chef Matthew James Hagan from the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Chef Rajiv Tikania from the Westin Hotel, Mina Seyahi, Chef Anup Pawar from the Address Downtown Dubai, Chef Luke Wonnacott from Atlantis, The Palm Dubai and Lee Adams from Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort.

As a Time Out Food critic for the evening you will be served a four course meal from one of the finalists and you will also have the opportunity to try taster plates from all the finalists. Your ticket includes an open bar (house beverages and a bubbly reception).
