Koubba Bar, Jumeirah Al Qasr A sought-after spot to watch one of the world’s best New Year’s Eve fireworks displays, the ornately decorated Koubba Bar is nestled within the regal Jumeirah Al Qasr hotel. With indoor and outdoor seating, a shisha-terrace and entertainment to get the party going, this venue will host the year’s grand finale.
