What can be said about Zuma, that hasn’t been said before? Spend five minutes in the city and you’ll hear the name, normally murmured in muffled reverence, or loudly name-dropped as a sign of class. Somehow retaining its crown of cool for an unprecedented run of seasons, this Japanese lounge is a byword for hip which pleases both diners and party folk alike, with top tunes courtesy of DJ Adrien Callier. Earlier this year it was crowned Best Lounge Bar at our Music & Nightlife Awards – and took the coveted Restaurant of the Year gong at the our Restaurant Awards 2014. Sceptics might wonder how long it can stay on top, but we see no sign of Zuma slowing down for years to come.
