Sheraton Dubai Mall of the Emirates nightspot gets a fresh look
Located on the fifth floor of Sheraton Dubai Mall of the Emirates, the urban lounge has an extensive grape selection and a tapas-style menu. It’s a laid-back
spot that’s ideal for unwinding in post-shop if the bustle of Aprés isn’t your bag.
The venue has recently been given a facelift, with fresh furnishings in the lounge area including low leather armchairs and comfy sofas. It feels trendy and elegant – though not too much. You’d still be comfortable here straight from the mall. While the design is appealing, there is nothing particularly noteworthy or special about the venue. It’s a standard hotel bar with neutral decor and a straightforward menu. That’s all it seems to be marketing itself as, and it’s this honesty that appeals – it has a fairly decent layout, a good choice of drinks and a fairly simple food menu.
During our visit, both the indoor lounge area and the spacious terrace were pretty busy, with many guests enjoying the shisha on offer. Throughout the evening there seemed to be a steady flow of customers drifting in and out, and a cheerful atmosphere.
Taking a seat at one of the high tables, we ordered a glass of grape, which was fairly priced and arrived promptly. Staff were attentive and friendly, and knowing we were quite peckish, they were sure to keep an eye on the bowl of nuts on our table, topping it up at regular intervals.
The background music managed to strike the perfect balance between creating a calming ambience and providing a good atmosphere, without being too loud.
Vantage may not be likely to win any awards, but after a day of fast and furious spending downstairs, you might just be won over. Vantage

My bf and I went to Vantage using the 2 for 1 voucher for tapas and tinis. We had never been there before and were very pleasantly surprised at what we found. It was a very nicely decorated lounge type space. Unfortunately for them, it wasn't very busy, so the staff was incredibly accomodating. You get 5 martinis from a menu of 5 so of course, I tried them all. Some were better than others, but all were delicious! You also get a nice platter of tapas per person. There were 3 different types and all were so good, I cleared the plate. Our waitress graciously offered dessert and recommended the chocolate cake which turned out to be just as good, if not better than she explained. My birthday is in one week, and we will definitely be going back to celebrate with all of our friends!

BEWARE Tried to book a table for two usiing the Timeout Voucher "4 for 2 Cheese and Grape at Vantage Pullman"
Turns out it only applies to a wine tasting machine and it isn't 4 for 2. IWhatever you buy you get 50% extra free. Mathematically it is 3 for 2!. Also that is just the Grape. The cheese is a la carts and consequently is er.... 2 for 2.
I feel cheated
