The kitchen has a Chinese wood-fired oven, which at this venue will be in a glass-walled viewing box. And there are several dishes exclusive to the JBR branch, including barbecue whole sea bream, seafood garlic noodles and Korean barbecue beef for two.
As well as Polynesian décor inside, there’s also a terrace for al fresco dining, as well as booths for larger groups and a stage area, ready for the live music, which will play six nights a week.
The team has gone all out with the interiors, with canoes from the Taiwanese Orchid Island hanging from the ceiling, tribal masks for Papua New Guinea on the walls, fishing net orbs from Japan above tables and hand-crafted tiki statues.

We'll see you there.
