It may not pack in the crowds it used to, but this TECOM drinking spot still provides a far more pleasant experience than many other bars in the area, with a much better hop selection and far less surly staff than the pubs at neighbouring hotels.

It was my worst experience ove there and we had to wait for almost 18 minutes for the bartendar to find his way back into the bar as my glass was dry.....eventually when the bartendar arrived...he just completely ignored us and the bar was not even bust on a Thursday....seriously spoilt my anniversary date....

Its very sad as its a fantastic venue although located next to nothing....

Nice up on the rooftop if you ignore the view of cranes and building sites. I tried to use my Timeout City Card but was told they no longer do this offer. Its still being advertised in Time Out though i see.......

It was my second time and love the atmosphere , food & service .
Love it when it is buzzing !
The staff is very attentive and the food is tasty.
A great place to meet new people!
Keep it up I Belgian Beer Cafe !!

Awful, awful, awful - 4th time I have been there and will never go again - the service is as appalling as it was when they first opened and the food is bland. It's a shame as the Milennium Hotel has a couple of decent restaurants and this totally let's it down. Pointer - employ staff that can understand their customers and don't laugh when your customers are complaining.

I have been a regular since the beginning and love the service and atmosphere and food .They had teething problems in the beginning but those are exceptable as these occur in all new ventures.
I see that new and experienced staff is brought in and the quality of food improved as well .
I am convinced this is one of the new highlights in Dubai.
Job well done for the belgian bar manager.

An amzing decor with an execellent food quality!
Service very poor, staff should be trained on how to speak with the guests. Bar manager with big attitude.

Have been here several times. Good ambiance and good atmosphere. This bar started up recently and became popular quite quick, especially in the weekends it is busy. The rooftop bar is great. I experienced good service and friendly people. When it is busy there might be not enough people for proper service.

The pub is nice, the food is good but the service is awful.
We were served by a waitress who got all our orders wrong and instead of apologizing she started arguing with us. Very unprofessional lady with no hospitality experience. The place was almost empty when we had lunch and had to wait for 15 minutes for a beer that again was served in a large glass instead of the small we asked for.
I would go back only if I am not served by the same waitress, hoping that the other staff is more experienced.
