From the founders of Buddha Bar, this Asian-fusion concept is more restaurant than bar. That said, it often hosts DJ sets from lounge legends, which makes it worth a visit for a mixed drink at the bar and a sampling of some of the excellent snacks.

After dinner we stayed in the new lounge and the sets from the DJ were just amazing. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone.

Been there enough times that I never want to return. Average service and over-prices basic dishes. It's one of those restaurants that when you specifically request local water (and without telling you they dont have any), they bring you the over-priced Evian which for some reason is always open when it arrives at your table.
If it weren't for their location, place would have closed down by now.

well im suprised to read the reviews after always returning to karma as a solo traveler for a couple of early evening beers after a day on the beach or a stroll round the mall for its very chilled out atmosphere and cool comfy outdoor terrace couches under the Burj Khalifa is pricless,found the service to be very welcoming & friendy,ok do get the impression they like you to move on after you finish once it starts getting after 8 however i just put this down to later reseved bookings not bad manners or service..i would certainly recomend karma from 6-8ish pm gbefore it gets busy & also the grilled asparagus!!....only missing a dartboard & a football screen

Let me start off by saying this restaurant deserves the full 5 stars on evaluation. The service is excellent, the food is fresh and prices are very reasonable. The best diversity of sushi you will ever taste, all the thanks to Chef Sheila! The best cook in town, her sushi is to DIE for!!! My favorite restaurant in UAE

Even though my friend had booked a table they were asked to move on after eating! As it was special night for the couple this is not good. Manager really had attitude when asked to rectify the problem (her job you would have thought?) ,some of the 'hostesses' are inheriting this attitude from her too....come back to the real world please ladies. There are more bars in Dubai and crowd should move on....

i do not recommend this place - it is over priced and over rated. food is expensive and nothing special , in fact they barely serve up an adequte potion for a main course serving! and the servicr is appalling. not only that but the staff look down their noses at you as if you are not good enough to be there, and quiz you at the door as you come in as to what you are doing there. A terrible experince which i wont be repeating again.

I just love this place. heard of it many times from friends and saw it with my own eyes was a real experience. the food is yummy, i advise everyone to taste the cherry salmon.. cocktails are so fresh and above all the music is so so so so sooooo good !!! i will surely come back. all the best Buddha Bar guys with this new concept.

Excellent Dumplings... Excellent mix chinese veggies... Do try China Girl and dont forget reservations!
