From Time Out Dubai City Guide 2007

An upmarket wine bar, The Agency attracts affluent, well-dressed, well-behaved thirtysomethings. The bar's chilled out interior, a blend of dark wood and crimson velvet furniture, is made for conversation. It's a crying shame then that the exterior is so uninspiring – sat on patio furniture and flanked by potted plants, you gaze out towards a pair of escalators. If it’s ambience you’re after, the branch at Souk Madinat Jumeirah is a better bet, although it can be practically impossible to get a seat there on most nights of the week.
