And with connoisseur choices made from ingredients as diverse as cucumber, tobacco-infused rum, sage and coriander, they should satisfy the fussiest customer. The food is reasonably good too; try the Chamonix chicken stuffed with rich, sweet fontina cheese, garlic and tomatoes, and then sprinkled with black pepper, while the sight of cartwheeling skaters through the large slope-facing windows will keep you entertained.
