JamBase is the best venue for nightly live music in the city, although it’s hardly up against strong competition. The furniture here is artfully angular, the decor is calculated art deco chic, and the food – with dishes inspired by the southern US states – is very tasty too. The in-house jazz and blues band is one of Dubai’s finest.
