Stray away from the bustling atmosphere of Computer Street and head off towards Satwa and you’ll pass the Majestic Hotel. While still relatively new the hotel is starting to attract a regular crowd. Thanks, in many respects, to its Music Room club. Home to resident house bands Flipside and The Rock Spiders it is a popular venue for live music. Pool tables, beverage deals and bar food is a proven formula for success with large parts of the expat community and The Music Room is doing well at catering to this group. There are no windows so you can lock yourself away and lose yourself in the music (room) any time of day.

actually the only reason why any body can go to this club is the band Flipside. they have out of this world guitarist that plays all sorts of music, but specially rock & blues better than any band on the nite seen in Dubai or else where. the other band is really good for fill in noise in between meals if you can catch my drift.
