I have trained in a class and individual environmentsince 16 years old and I have never found a place that makes me feel so motivated and helps me to achievesuch noticable results as the Burn Room. I am loving my training more than ever.

The sessions are varied and the trainers really focus on technique for each and every person. A member can also attend specific skills sessions to focus on a particular move or choose to attend one of the challenging but extremely rewarding classes that are on daily.

Great atmosphere, great trainers, great structure.

I was on a month long vacaction in Dubai and being an avid crossfitter, I was looking for a place to workout during my vacation. From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcomed! Not only where the coaches very professional and encouraging, but the athletes who attend the Burn Room as well. If I lived in Dubai or ever made it back, it would be my first choice!

I've been to the Burn Room a few times now and it's a great friendly place to get fit and strong. Craig, Lee and Kim are excellent - very knowledgable and helpful. The gym is not full of lycra clad posers or muscle bound steroid freaks, just normal people of all shapes,sizes and ages wanting to get fit and healthy in a supportive environment.

The Burn Room - making exercise, training and work outs fun and challenging. Whilst only in existence for less than 6 months, they are quickly becoming Dubai's best facility for a healthy and active lifestyle with expert trainers in PT and CrossFit, a specialist in sports therapy and rumours of a nutrition expert coming on board. I've trained at the Burn Room since mid-March and in that time I've developed so much in my health and fitness lifestyle. Thanks Burn Room!!! Can't wait to see what more you will have in store for us Burn Roomers!
