Agree with all the comments above, I have been a couple of times, and not sure why I went back after the first, the cut is not terrible but horrendous, I think they only no one style, if you ask for something different for example hair kept long the staff look lost, they seem very confrident whilst cutting your hair, but you soon realise this confidence is misplced, the job is rushed and the end result is very disapointing. I will not being going back, and certianly not recommending the place to any friends or colleagues.

It would be interesting to see what the writers of time out would think of the place, it may bring the staff down a few notches, which would be needed..

My husband and teenage boy have been going to Rimal men salon at MOE for 3 years now. It is easy location and no appointment needed. Except that everything else is very unprofessional and disappointed. My 12 years old is crying as today he just had a disaster hair cut from the boy that was smiling when my son was crying. I asked him specially that my son doesn't like short hair and he cut them in the shortest way possible could be. So frustrating and if I had a chance to see the manager I would advise to train this boys before putting them in the salon and in their serious job. Very unhappy right now and I will never ever go there again. I had to pay Dhs75 and still to tip the boy which I regret.

I totally agree with the former comment.

I was at Rimal altogether four times. The first time it was in Deira City Centre, and the hairdresser really tried hard and did a great job.

That was the reason why I went to Rimal in MoE, 'cause I somehow trusted them.

But it was very disappointing. The cut was really poor. When I criticised the hairdresser last time, he became rude.

I really don't know why I went there after two disappointing experiences. Maybe because of its convenient location, and because you never need an appointment.

Nonetheless, I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone, and me personally, I definitely won't go there ever again.

Seemed okay in the first time but last couple of times very disappointing. The hair dressers start to make polite conversations with you as soon as you sit on the chair - with the sole purpose of extracting good tip. The cut was pathetic. They charged me more - i think because i would not leave any tip. Guys think they are too smart. Never ever going back there.
