I had an awful experience at this salon yesterday. Foul customer service by some staff and surprisingly the manager. I also bought my mum a mani/pedi and she said the only word the lady said to her was 'colour', no smile, no instruction, just pushing one hand away when she wanted the next. Don't try and book an appointment over the phone as it's likely something will go wrong, there will be a 'system failure' or just incompetent staff. One member of staff even spoke very rudely about another member of staff (I will not repeat as it's illegal to swear in Dubai). There is also a very limited choice of nail colours. Just not worth the hassle, I feel.

I used Martin at Saks and he gave me a fantastic cut and half head of highlights/low lights. I didn't use a voucher, but I thought the price was reasonable for the quality and service. Went on a recommendation and will be going back again.

After reading about your experience I dont think I want to buy their offer voucher.

The manager is super rude. I had called to check if a voucher expired by 1 day could be used or the time could be extended. As soon as I put my question forward, she started attacking at a personal level, even got to a statement that I do not respect Business Values. There was no demand from my side , but it was just a question if their Salon could do so.
Seem that the staff thinks that this kind of attitude of talking this way is the Marketing Strategy to show customers how good they are.
