I've been here tons of times and also to the branch in Festival City.
ZERO atmosphere as the rooms are like little massage closets. The staff are very rushed and its not at all calming, BUT..
the massages are good and its excellent after a long day of walking around/ shopping. It's great to just pop into one of the little rooms and get a full body massage.
Prices aren't too bad if you use entertainer voucher or EPC discount.
