Nails desperately in need of some attention? Got a party to go to and your hair looks like a bird’s nest? And on top of it all, you can’t get anyone to look after the kids, so you’re stuck at home. Then we could have found the answer to your prayers.

We’d heard word of a solution to desperate salon trips and missed appointments. Brush & Co have beauticians, hairdressers, and make-up artists who will come to your home and transform you from the comfort of your lounge. We don’t have kids, we’re just lazy, but it was something we had to try.

Our beautician Rosalinda turned up with enough equipment to transform the most unkempt of clients and boy did we need it. With battered feet, and finger nails to match, not to mention a head of hair that would put Russell Brand to shame, her services had never been so welcome.

As we slumped on the sofa, Rosalinda set to work creating a mini salon in our lounge. It’s official, there is nothing better than soaking your tired feet pre pedicure and catching up on a bit of TV, safe in the knowledge that within the hour you’re going to be looking a whole lot better.

After our toes and nails were filed and buffed into shape, Rosalinda tackled our wayward mop, somehow managing to tease it into the best shape of its life while we lolled on the sofa.

Not bad for a morning’s work and it certainly won’t be the last time we indulge. In fact, it’s doubtful we’ll be leaving the house again.
