Free counselling
Stress getting you down? You’re not alone. Help is at hand 1 Comments
Overwork, or unemployment, seem to be the main gripes of an increasing number of Dubai expats struggling to deal with stress. Friends, and family, if you’re lucky enough to have them here, can help but sometimes advice from a professional makes the most difference.
Synergy on Al Wasl Road could be the place for you. The clinic is now offering free healing and counselling sessions to help alleviate the problem.
Every Sunday from January 11 onwards there are free Group Healing sessions for anyone who's been made redundant. Starting from 6pm.
Plus, on Thursday (January 15) there are free sessions to combat Expat Stress from 8.30am.
It’s completely free so why not give it a try? Other free advice sessions include GENERAL CHILDREN'S NUTRITION at 8:30 AM on January 28.
