Krishna Koemar the founder of Tidjoori has been passionately involved in pioneering the Vegan movement in Europe for the last 15 years. “Tidjoori was born from the need for sustainable healthy vegan options that feed families & generations in a delicious and organic way. Not only are they great for helping you achieve a lifestyle free of animal products, but the eatery is adept catering to a variety of food intolerances.
The breakfast and all-day dining menu has gems including Island Pizza;topped with Tidjoori chili chicken, pineapple, red bell peppers and coriander to a Tofu Omlets & Oatmeal Pancakes for breakfast.
There’s also the ‘Meat’ & veggie skewers served with herbed Quinoa, Ocean Beach Burger (made with organic bell pepper, spring onion, courgettes, vegan cheese and vegan chive hollandaise), or try the Guiltless Desserts likes Rose, saffron & vanilla crème brulee or a deliciously vegan Chocolate Orange cake.
For little mouths there’s also the kids section offering slider burgers & meatless Bolognese pasta.
Located on the first floor at the Trident Grand Residence, opening hours are 8am to 10pm daily. Breakfast is served until 11am weekdays and 12pm on weekends and public holidays.
