1 Cut back on salt When your sodium levels are high, the kidneys hold on to excess water in an attempt to dilute the salt. Cut back on your intake.
2 Drink Coconut water It’s naturally high in potassium, which helps flush sodium out of the body and thereby reducing water retention.
3 Try dandy dandelion tea Also deemed as an alternative to coffee, this weed acts as a natural diuretic that cuts back excess water from the body. Don’t drink it if you have gall bladder issues, though.
