The Yoga Breakfast is a new package available most days between 8am and noon, where for Dhs120 you can treat yourself to a yoga class (of which there are many choices), and your choice of breakfast.
Head down for a session from Monday to Wednesday, or Friday and Saturday, and choose from an egg bowl with a coffee and orange juice, or an acai bowl with a coffee, following your morning workout.

Flexibility Flow: intended to increase mobility in all of the body’s major joints and muscle groups, combining faster movements with longer holds to change the way your muscles move. Urban Flow: a combination of traditional yoga postures, linking poses together with specific movements and breathing techniques. It’s commonly referred to as vinyasa, which is known for a constantly moving yoga experience.
Hatha Flow: commonly understood to be the main Western yoga form, which refers to the practice of classic physical yoga postures.
