730 steps up 36 floors, in aid of a good cause, on Saturday September 30
If you’re looking for a novel fitness challenge in aid of a great cause, then you’re in luck, because a huge charity event is coming to town on Saturday September 30.
Hilton Dubai The Walk is taking fundraising to a whole new level, as the Hilton Tower Race returns to town. The 730 steps of the JBR hotel will be pounded by hundreds of athletes and Dubai residents, as the annual fundraiser returns in aid of the Rashid Centre for Disabled for the second year in a row.
Starting at the very bottom, the challenge is a straight up race to the top, through 36 floors and finishing at Pure Sky Lounge, the hotel’s rooftop bar and restaurant.
“Last year’s race was the busiest one to date, and we hope that this year it will be even better,” says Alexander Musch, hotel manager of Hilton Dubai The Walk. “Hilton has a long history of giving back to the local community and we thank all those who are joining us in our efforts to raise awareness and funds for the Rashid Center for Disabled.”
If you fancy pounding the steps of Hilton Dubai The Walk, and we’d highly recommend it, visit www.premieronline.com to register your place. Registration closes at 11.59pm on Wednesday September 27, so don’t hang around.
