I have been going to Jen's for almost 3 years and I won't go to any other salon in Dubai! I tired a few other salons but you can't beat the quality and price at Jen's. I go every four weeks - that is over 30 postive experiences I speak of!!! I have had long hair & short hair and have done cut, color, keratin, blow-dry, style and even pedicures. I have always walked out happy and find everyone to be friendly and accomodating. I continue to recommend Jen's to everyone!

I have had 2 problems at Jen's Salon. The second one being today. I went last month and although the haircut and colour were fine, my nails were ruined when the person doing the nails put gels on them which were not done properly as they started peeling off within a weeks time. I went this morning for a hair cut and colour and was hounded by the nail person then I walked out with stains from the hair colour on my face. Not happy at all. Called back and they claimed the manager will not be back in for days... the hair stylist refused to get back on the phone and no one else could say anything but use water and soap. Highly unprofessional. Already booked my next appointment elsewhere and I left the salon an hour ago. I agree with Claire J... tears.

Wow I am so surprised by the negative comments here for Jen's Hair Salon, I have been going to Jen's hair salon for five years now and have never had a bad hair cut, blow dry or highlight experience. I had very long hair and recently got my hair cut short and have still never had a problem, I get my highlights done every 6 to 8 weeks and have never been anything less than pressed with the results, I have been recommeding people to jen's for years now, and no one have ever come back with negative feedback !!! I work at a school in Dubai and I would say that most of the staff at my school visit Jen's ! People often comment on my hair and ask where I got it done !! I will continue to use and recommended Jen's in the future.

I always visit Jens Hair Studio because they really take care my my hair. They knows what treatment for my hair i always do my hi-lite & color from them i'll never go or try for another salon. My hair is soft & shiny. Thanks for the friendly and professional staff of Jens.

i love this salon unsure if you guys went to the correct place as the staff are so friendly and willing to help, i have always left extremly happy with my hair. zoe i am shocked they didnt respond i will mention this next time i am in, hope you get it sorted.

I would not recommend this salon. The worst experience I have ever had !

I had the biolustre treatment which is supposed to strengthened the hair but instead it has left it in the worst condition I have ever experienced. I wrote to the salon regarding the matter as I believe it was the application of the treatment rather than the treatment itself.
My hair was messily blowdried and the stylist set up brushing my hair with a comb. This was incredidibly painful as there was knots in my hair due to the blow drying, she yanked and pulled, my scalp was in pain and remained so for the next day and I can only assume this harsh combing resulted in the breakage of hair I am now experiencing.

Unfortunatley the salon have not responded to my concerned email regarding the state of my hair subsequent to my visit to the salon which I can only put down to a complete disregard for their clients.

Worst salon ever! I wouldn't recommend this salon to anybody. Aweful job, they can't cut long hair and they're excuse is that i have long hair! Well, i have long hair and i've been to a number of hair salons and they've done a tremendous job. Even their blowdry is terrible.

Just wanted to confirm as to is the Gents and ladies section atleast for a haircut is at one place as i want to see my Girl friends haircut
