Worst Experience EVER!
I went in for a full body laser sessions and was given a price 5 times higher than other clinics (which I found out later). After convincing me that full body is the best option, they only allowed approximately 65% hair removal on my body. One months session turned out to be 9 appointments (half and hour to an hour each) too booked and busy to finish it quicker. I suffered really bad burns in sensitive areas, after complaining to the head office, they explained that they will not return my money back but offer other services instead. Very unprofessional staff, nurses and doctors. Not worth a penny!
They actually very nice ..,. never happened to me .. Their algerian girl Fatma is a very nice girl.

Worst experience ever. unprofessional, unorganized unrespectful people. they call you, they invite you, they re-call you three times to confirm then when you show up on time respecting that they appointments and customers waiting, they keep you waiting for 10 mn then other 15 then other 15 then other 20 then the stupid unprofessional employee tells you that you have to wait more because one of the doctors left. she figured that out after making us wait for more then 40 mn. most horrible services ever
