Dear Readers,

My Eve and I went to the Spa to enjoy a "couples romance package".
The appiontment was made for 7pm, I received a call from the spa inquireing as to my whereabouts at 6pm having to correct the person on the other end as to the time of my appointment.
We arrived 15 min early. After an unwelcoming greeting we were asked to sit down and asked what massage we wanted. We asked for advice and explanation of services which was met by barely a one sentence answer. The receptionist offered to prepare the receipt. She took this time to train another colleague mentioning the amouts of the other treatments as well as to answer the phone (very loudly) . When she left her colleague who offered us tea and when we asked when our treatment will start we were told the room was not ready. Then he had left as well. The time had reached 30min since our arrival. There was no staff at the front desk, no one who had taken us to our changing rooms or an offer to enjoy the fascilities until our room and staff were ready. We left. Not suprisingly there was not even a phone call from the spa to follow up on our departure. Needless to say we do not reccomend this establishment to singles or couples.
