a beautiful experience i had at this place, the staff were welcoming and kind, the atmosphere was cosy and the facial was great !! ill go back again, though the prices are quite high ,, ill be there more often if the prices were reduced a bit

I've had the worst facial of my life in the Sensasia spa.

I went there with the though that I was going to pamper myself with a special facial from a dermatologist (like their website suggests). For that I was happy to pay more than double the price of a normal facial.
On the contrary to what I expected, I received a facial from a "trained" phillipino lady. She pressed my nose and my face so much, that when I left I felt like somebody hit me with a bat! My nose was hurting for a week and two weeks after I still get pain in my forehead…:-(
The days following the facial instead from the horrible marks to disappear (like it usually happens after a facial) I got huge red pimples all over my face.
I’ve had nice facials in Lily Pond, but I am not a big fan of their hygiene, so I decided to change. But I am never going to have a facial in Sensasia again!
I only hope for the pain on my forehead to go away.

Is the massage offered by masseuse? Can you differentiate Balinese and Thai styles?
