Hi,

I'm not from Dubai and I visited the Franck Provost salon in the Mall of the Emirates based on the feedback from Time Out and other magazines. I've got to say I was really disappointed with both the service and quality of my haircut.

I found the hairdresser to be unprofessional and he messed up my haircut pretty badly. Furthermore, I wasn't too impressed with their hygiene....e.g. combs that were dropped on the floor were used on other customers without washing them first.

My haircut was so bad that I now have to book an apt with my hairdresser back home to fix it. Don't waste your money or time here.

I used to go to the Lebanese place by the money exchange counter and Carrefour. They're a bunch of jokers. Went twice and both times they mentioned how little they earned and how they got by on tips. Also they don't know how to cut hair.
Franck Provost is the MOE is a great place. Get treated well, talented hairdressers nice staff. Reasonably priced 140 AED I think.
