I tried calling to one Platinum branch in media city, and it seems they don't disclose their prices over the phone, i was pissed off with their policy, but the guy i spoke was courteous enough to invite me in> When i came and had an impressive tour around the gym, we sat down and discussed the rates. It seems the rates where complicated and confusing. So i understood that they don't want to discuss the prices over the phone in the first place because of these complications. I had many questions about their rules and regulations but the sales guy was clear enough to inform me the conditions. It's just a matter of how you understand and absorb their policies. Now I am a member of Fitness First Platinum, so far there were no problems in freezing and future cancellations. I have some issues/complaints but the managers had prompt feedback on the issues i had (no establishments are perfect). Well, its a good gym in Dubai, rather the best one, compared with hotel gyms which costs you a fortune!! What can I say, people in Dubai loves branding. Socially, if your a Fitness First member, that means youre "IN"!!!

I had the same experience. The lady asked for my personal details so the member consultant can call back. No one has called so far. its been 3 days.

I called this gym 4 days ago to enquire about their rates. The lady who replied took my number and said a membership consultant will be in touch very shortly to answer all your questions. And nobody has called since then! I assume they don't need more members... Not very professional anyhow.

This is the worse facility that you could go to, first of all they get you to sign up and then don't hold their end of deal. I would never recommend them to anybody, and if you are with them watch out, I signed up about a year ago and now is been 4 months that I been trying to solve couple issues and I can not get any where because their manager never returns a call, never there, and their staff just love to take name and number and I bet the information always end up in the waste basket....
