Terms & Conditions for Time Out Dubai City Card

1. Valid from April 1st 2009 to 30th April 2010.
2. Only one card per person.
3. The discount can only be utilised on purchases made by the named cardholder.
4. Discount is valid upon presentation of card along with additional ID if required.
5. Card holders must be 21 or over.
6. The card holder is entitled to discounts from participating outlets, offers and timings.
7. Management of participating outlets have the right to refuse entry.
8. Offers subject to availability.
9. The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions, during traditional or public holidays and New Year's Eve.
10. By use of this card you agree to the Time Out Dubai City Card membership terms and conditions and any amendments.
