Not early but not late - but the hotel's Restuarant Reservations department was closed, which I find a bit odd. The very helpful lady put me through to the restaurant itself. However, no one answered the phone and it rang through to voicemail. I left a message and still have not received a callback. I do not seem to have received the stunning service you claim that it has. Called the Restaurant of the Year last night for a resevation for later in the week at 2130.
