Time Out on TV

Before agreeing to appear on a television show I was told the camera adds 20 pounds. But nobody mentioned the fact that it would also add jowls, baggy eyes and a gormless expression.
That, however, is exactly what happened when I made my Time Out TV debut last week.

The show goes out on a Thursday night at 19.30 but if you miss it you can catch the replay of Time Out’s segment on the blog every week.
