Festival City Grand Class is second class. Last week, signs saying 'free bottled drink when you buy nachos'. Attendant: oh, sorry sir, the nachos cost Dhs1.00 extra if you want the 'free' drink. Also the lies on the Grand Cinemas website about service throughout the film. Attendant: 'I come in every 10 minutes to see if anyone needs anything'. Rubbish. Once the film started he was never seen again. They didn't even have the hot dog machine working. I'm done with this cinema, I don't accept 'soft openings' - either they get it right or they don't. The only good thing was the digital film quality, but that's only supposed to be one part of the expensive package. Back to Gold Class for me and my family and friends.
