Loosely based on the pen-and-paper role playing game of the same name – think Dungeons And DragonsThe Mutant Chronicles takes place in post-apocalyptic 2707 where Earth’s natural resources have been exhausted and everything is powered by steam. Things get even worse when the destruction of an ancient stone seal unleashes a band of mutants that soon multiply into their millions. As is so often the case, it’s up to a handful of heroic gung-ho soldiers and the leader of an ancient monastic order to save the world.
