Pixar’s latest tells the story of a 78-year-old man who decides to fulfil his life-long dream to see South America by tying thousands of balloons to his home and floating off. But an inadvertent stowaway means the trip doesn’t turn out as he expected. We didn’t get to see a preview, but a 98 per cent approval rating on www.rottentomatoes.com suggests it’s another Pixar success, brought to you by the man who directed Monsters Inc.

Watched a special screening yesterday and everyone was laughing, especially the kids. The film is brilliant! Emotional and funny, I simply loved it!
