Bollywood grapples with post-9/11 prejudices in this story of three Asian friends living in New York whose lives are forever altered by the attack on the twin towers. Popular athlete Samir (John Abraham), New York-born Maya (Katrina Kaif) and international student Omar (Neil Nitin Mukesh), on scholarship from Delhi, are all attending New York State University. But their carefree student lifestyles disappears when the towers fall. The film explores seven years of the terrorist attackās aftermath and the heightened racial tensions it created.
