Thursday 20 The Dubai International Jazz Festival kicks off today!
The highlights of the month long celebration will be big stage performances by Macy Gray, Mica Paris, Alison Moyet and Jools Holland between February 16 and 18. Before then, however, there is plenty of free jazz for everybody to enjoy. The swinging starts with a bluesy feel at Jumeirah Beach Walk at 8pm this evening. Dubai-based Blue Light Collective get things going and will be joined by B.B. and the Blues Shacks from 9.30 until 11pm.
