Usher in Dubai

The Usher OMG World Tour brought him to Media City last Thursday night for a sold-out concert at the specially-erected amphitheatre large enough for thousands of fans and counting (some desperate fans scrambled under the fence and were chased by security). When the man himself arrived on stage, deafening screams erupted from the crowd and though his shirt remained firmly on (a promise he made at the press conference to comply with local sensitivities), the female contingent howled every time he shed a layer. He ran through many of his early hits including ‘U Remind Me’ and ‘You Make Me Wanna’ alongside newer tracks, giving every song performance his all, as you can see from the buckets of sweat.
