1 Ritz-Carlton DIFC This new suhoor will take place in the Ritz-Carlton’s grand tent. The special menus will feature an extensive range of Arabic delicacies, which will be further complemented by international cuisines and live cooking stations. Dhs165 (minimum spend). 8.30pm-sunrise. 2 La Baie and Salon Find mezze, hammour, Gulf shrimps and calamari oriental rice here, as well as shish taouk, lamb cutlets, lamb kofta, beef kebab with Moroccan tagine and much more. There’s also a salmon station, a fatteh and foul station, a pasta station and an ouzi station. Enjoy all these delicacies with sea views. 3 Plantation Lounge Plantation Lounge will remain open overnight, offering à la carte options and a ‘make your own’ sampler menu, traditional refreshments and an extensive selection of dates, nuts and dried fruits. There will also be a range of oriental pastries and fresh or flavoured shisha served on the outdoor terrace. Dhs75 (three courses). 8pm-overnight. Plantation. 4 Park Hyatt The suhoor at The Terrace is an opportunity to share a variety of culinary delights – a full menu is available, with cold and hot mezze, desserts and traditional drinks. The Terrace will open onto the outdoor deck, which will be fully covered and air-conditioned. There will be a variety of shisha (prices starting from Dhs45). Dhs170. 8pm-2am.
