One of the first things an art collector will often reveal when talking about breaking into the market is the degree of ownership you feel when you discover a hot artist, especially when that artist goes on to do great things. Dubai is developing a taste for art and culture that is forging ahead at a rapid pace, and some big names have already been made right here in our city. Here, we look at the Dubai-based artists that we believe will dominate the scene in the future.
