Eating at Ossiano gives you an idea of what it might feel like to be a ’70s Bond villain. Hushed waiters dressed like Dr No bring you artfully constructed seafood creations, while you gaze out at sharks and stingrays cruising menacingly around Atlantis’s huge aquarium.
