Chocolate and almond samosa at Indego by Vineet
This chocolate concoction comes courtesy of chef Vineet Bhatia, who has fused chilled masala chai smoothie and a piping hot samosa, two contrasting tastes that are further complemented by the slab of marbled chocolate.
