US rapper and R&B artist Fabolous played an intimate set to party-goers on Friday night at Raffle’s rooftop pyramid high in the sky, People by Crystal. As the stars twinkled through the glass ceiling above, Fabolous (real name John David Jackson) entertained the hip-hop-hungry crowd with hit singles ‘Can’t Deny It’ and ‘Make Me Better’, as well as tracks from his latest album Loso’s Way 2: Rise to Power. Interesting rap fact: Fabolous, who is currently signed to high profile Def Jam Recordings, was once shot in the leg after exiting a Manhattan restaurant owned by Sean Diddy Combs. However, it’s fair to say his dancefloor swagger has not suffered one bit. Phew.
