Iranian-born Swedish pop singer makes his Dubai debut

Cameron Cartio (aka Kamran Sabahi), is the perfect kind of performer for glittery Atlantis hotspot N’Dulge: he’s dapper, aesthetically pleasing (with a resemblance to Enrique Iglesias, or is that just us?), and is famous for his regional pop croons (his heritage, by the way, is Iranian-Swedish). As such, the crowd at N’Dulge on Wednesday September 19, was a multi-cultural melting pot – with plenty of support from Dubai’s resident Iranians. The swash-buckling singer, dressed head to toe in black (in sweltering Dubai of all places!), bathed the crowd in sweet vocals, performing hits such as ‘Bia Nazdiktar’ and ‘Electric’, along with a few tunes from his album Borderless. Cam’s appearance was testament to the eclectic array of entertainment N’Dulge is now hosting – from live acts to DJ sets.
