Daft Punk and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis were among the big winners at the 56th Grammy Awards, taking home four awards apiece.
Turning up at Sunday’s (January 26) event in LA wearing robot costumes, the French electronic duo picked up a total of four awards for Random Access Memories and its breakout hit ‘Get Lucky’, including the coveted record of the year award.
Macklemore & Ryan Lewis matched this with a win for best new artist, as well as three awards in the rap field.
The other big success was 17-year-old New Zealander Lorde’s one-two win for song of the year and pop vocal performance, but super-hit ‘Royals’.
